Responsible for cleaning and servicing guest rooms in line with hotel brand standards. Duties include bed making, bathroom cleaning, replenishing amenities and reporting maintenance issues to supervisors.
Cleaning and servicing serviced apartment units to agreed standards, including living areas, kitchens and bathrooms. Supporting consistent quality and guest readiness across longer-stay environments.
Maintaining cleanliness of public and back-of-house areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms and staff areas, ensuring hygiene and presentation standards are met throughout operational hours.
Supporting housekeeping operations by transporting linen, amenities and supplies, clearing rooms and assisting room attendants to maintain operational flow and productivity.
Supervising housekeeping teams on-site, conducting room checks, monitoring productivity, ensuring compliance with brand standards and supporting training and performance management.
All roles are based on-site within hospitality environments across Singapore. Training and supervision are provided.
