If the proposal is accepted, HRS will work with you to select a start date before sending a service contract.

SIGNING
Once the official service contract has been signed by both parties, HRS will take it from there!
An engagement with HRS will include the recruitment and training of staff, as well as personal location visits to ensure that the
rigorous HRS standards are being met by the staff provided. Additionally, HRS can produce and issue a monthly “Data
Dashboard” to stakeholders that will demonstrate how both productivity and efficiency are improving over time.
